WHAT IS Asēdos PERFUME OIL?

ARE THESE FRAGRANCES LONG LASTING?
They are designed to be very long lasting, just like designer fragrances, in some cases even longer, depending on the composition.
ARE YOU PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY AND CRUELTY FREE?
Absolutely! Asēdos is dedicated to crafting exquisite fragrances that are vegan and cruelty-free. We're incredibly proud that our perfumes are made without any animal-derived ingredients – they're 100% vegan, and we take great pride in that!
We firmly oppose animal testing, believing it's possible to ensure safety and deliver wonderful scents without causing harm to animals. Our products involve no animal testing or animal-derived materials.
Our commitment to ethical practices extends to all our business partners. We collaborate exclusively with manufacturers, suppliers, and other companies that share our cruelty-free values. Additionally, we advocate for and support alternative, non-animal testing methods, encouraging the entire industry to follow suit.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returning an item is simple, and any product purchased from our website can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Items must not be used up and retain its original packaging. CLICK HERE for more information and initiate your returns.

Once we have approved a refund the payment should arrive within 10 business days, but it is usually a bit faster than this.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To manage your subscription, simply log into your account on our website through the customer portal. From there, you can easily adjust your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, swap fragrances while keeping your discount, or cancel your subscription.

CAN I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES?
Absolutely! By default, subscriptions are delivered every month. However, you can customise the delivery and billing frequency to every 1 month, 1.5 months, 2 months, 2.5 months, or 3 months.
To update your subscription frequency, simply:
- Log in to the customer portal using the email address associated with your order.
- Adjust the delivery frequency under the subscription settings.
